Ground Beef sample kit. The procedure and components of our Solar-Cult® ground meat sampling kit were designed to sample 25 grams of ground meat at the production site in conformance with FSIS/USDA Pathogen Reduction/HACCP Regulations. All the quality components are carefully designed to meet the rigid specifications demanded by HACCP technicians. Each kit contains the necessary components to collect a 25 gram sample of eithe ground Beef, Pork, Chicken or Turkey and to send this sample for analysis.
