ORDERING POLICY

The following are policy and terms of sale for Solar Biologicals Inc. Any condition which is not covered and relates to policy other than specified below must be cleared with Solar Biologicals Inc.

1. Initial shipments will be on a C.O.D. basis until credit arrangements have been established.
   
2. Terms are Net 30 Days.
   
3. Shipping charges are FOB Ogdensburg, NY.
   
4. Return goods require prior approval.
   
5. Claims for goods damaged in transit must be made within 7 days of receipt.
   
6. Condition of shipment is to be noted on carrier’s bill of lading. Claims will be made upon receipt of documentation. Adjustments in billing will be done at this time, with instructions to the disposition of the damaged goods.
   
7. Prices are subject to change without notice.
   
8. Order Desk is open from 8 AM to 5 PM EST Monday through Friday.
